This was a kick in the pants experience. Captain Billy was exceptional and told us about the Everglades as well as showing us a number of gators.We felt very safe even when he spun around in circles. Loved the birds that ate out of his and then our hands.I am from Idaho and this was just all new for us and our 3 grandchildren.

Awesome time with our guide Tyler. This was the highlight of our trip to Miami. We saw great wildlife, learned a ton from Tyler, and also just enjoyed a really nice smooth cruise in the airboat through beautiful scenery. We did a private tour just 2 of us, but im sure the “semi-private” is great as well.

The booking process was super easy and quick, which I appreciated since I didn’t want to deal with any hassle.Captain Pat was friendly and knowledgeable, making conversation throughout the ride without it feeling forced. He shared some cool facts about the Everglades and knew exactly where to go for great wildlife sightings—I saw a few alligators, plenty of birds, and even a big turtle.The airboat ride itself was fun—a nice mix of cruising and picking up speed. It wasn’t overly intense, but definitely added to the experience.Overall, it was a solid tour. If you’re looking for a private, no-fuss way to see the Everglades up close, this is a great option. Not a life-changing experience, but definitely a unique and enjoyable way to spend some time outdoors.

To our dissatisfaction and disappointment, this establishment did NOT recognize me and my wife for their 1st responder discount, yet both of us are RN. Never have we been disrespected like this before. Sad this place is willing to make a bad name for themselves over a discount. Hopefully next time they need medical attention they can get it from a more qualified individuals, because NURSES are not recognized here! Do better.

This was honestly the most thrilling, fun thing I’ve done in a very long time. Certainly, the most thrilling, fun thing we’ve ever done as a family! It was definitely off the beaten path but well worth it. Chris was our airboat chaperone through the Everglades and he was exceptional! So friendly, informative, and answered all our dumb questions patiently. DO NOT BE A DUMMY AND SLEEP ON THIS EXPERIENCE!

Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir haben die Tour morgens um 10 Uhr gemacht und haben sehr viele Alligatoren gesehen.Unser Guide war sehr nett und lustig. Wir hatten ein Boot zusammen mit einem anderen Pärchen, was die Tour sehr privat machte und uns gefallen hat.

The most amazing experience!I booked a private Airboat tour and we had Captain Pat as our guide. He was so passionate about the wildlife and the Everglades and it was a joy to hear his stories.I would highly recommend a private tour, we had 1.5 hours which was a good time to spot some gators and learn about the glades.

Moin liebe Leser,Roger ist ein fantastischer Tourguide mit einem guten Gefühl von Geschwindigkeit und dem langsamen „dahintreiben“ auf dem Wasser. Er kennt sich offensichtlich gut aus und Angler dürfen bei ihm die Route auch mal auswerfen. Sollte danach keine Tour gebucht sein, wird auch offensichtlich ohne Aufpreis gerne mal ordentlich etwas auf die Tour an Zeit aufgeschlagen.Die Orte, an denen Krokodile sich wohl fühlen, kennt er ebenso, sodass wir bei ihm mehrere zu Gesicht bekamen. Alles in allem eine rasante, entschleunigende, interessante und erlebnisreiche Tour. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Falls Sie eine authentische Airboat Tour in den Everglades machen wollen ist dieser Anbieter eine absolute Empfehlung. Hier werden keine armseligen Tiershows gezeigt, was für uns letztlich ausschlaggebend war hier zu buchen. Eine einstündige Tour kostet 60 USD pro Person und das Boot ist für maximal 9 Personen + Guide ausgelegt.Die Tour hat super viel Spaß gemacht. Wir sahen viele Aligatoren und Vögel. Went on a trip with Captain Ray a couple weeks ago. Just my bride and myself. Stayed in key west a couple days before heading to Miami. Stopped with this great group on the way up for some fun. The 3 of us hauled ass through what seemed like a race coarse through a trail of tall grass. Every once in a while during the first leg we would see beautiful cranes spot us and gracefully take to the air. Anytime Captain Ray would spot an alligator we would stop and observe, drink a bottle of water and learn about the area and each other. Then hit the trail again. We saw a handful of alligators and heard lots of great stories. Captain Ray answered every question we had about the area, making it educational and very funny. We really appreciated our time there and with him. I would highly recommend this company for some gator spotting, airboat riding, and a genuinely great time. If you can, ask for Captain Ray. But don’t be an asshole. Word around the campfire is, bad customers get fed to the gators. 😜

Fantastic adventure for all ages! This is not some gimmicky tourist trap- this is people who grew up in the region sharing what they know and love. Captain Pat entertained us with stories of growing up in the area, taught us about the plants and animals we saw and answered numerous questions! Part wildlife spotting, part airboat adventure- it was a great trip!

After researching multiple Everglades airboat tours, we decided on this one due to excellent reviews. We went on this tour with high expectations, and this airboat tour still exceeded them!Captain Billy was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. What an amazing find! We were traveling back from the keys and wanted to take an airboat ride. My hubby googled places and we lucked out by choosing this one. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this adventure. We had to take a private tour because we had our little pup with us. Our Captain, Ray (Rey) was phenomenal! I price shopped and read reviews for several places before choosing this company. Billy was a great guide. I made a bird friend along the way and even saw a mama gator with her babies!! Billy is very informative and mixes in some humor as well. I’m definitely coming back with my kiddos when we visit Florida again. We highly recommend Everglades Airboat Expeditions. It is a small, family-run company. The captains are South Florida natives and are extremely knowledgeable about the animals and plants in the Everglades. Captain Billy said that typically alligators are resting during the early morning when we did our tour, but he was determined for us to see one, and we saw multiple alligators along with swamp chickens, fish, and more. He shared interesting information, had a great sense of humor, and was an excellent airboat driver.
